Single-cavity, multi-cavity, hot runner and cold runner mould solutions are offered. High-tolerance mould components are produced through CNC machining, wire EDM, sinker EDM and precision grinding operations. Each mould is subjected to assembly, functional and sample testing processes with the aim of achieving maximum performance, long service life and low maintenance costs.

We manufacture spare parts for industrial machinery and production lines using high-precision CNC machining methods. Based on customer technical drawings, sample parts or reverse engineering studies, the required parts are produced within the specified tolerances.

We work with various materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper and engineering plastics. When necessary, the durability and service life of the parts are increased through heat treatment, surface coating and grinding operations. All manufactured parts are inspected for dimensional accuracy, surface quality and functional suitability before shipment.

Within the scope of reverse engineering, design optimization, dimensional verification, assembly analyses and manufacturability evaluations of existing products are carried out. When required, parts are redesigned and adapted to modern manufacturing methods.
