Injection Mould Manufacturing

We are a company specialized in the design, engineering and manufacturing processes of plastic injection moulds. Optimum mould solutions are developed by taking into consideration product geometry, raw material properties, production quantities and cycle times.

Single-cavity, multi-cavity, hot runner and cold runner mould solutions are offered. High-tolerance mould components are produced through CNC machining, wire EDM, sinker EDM and precision grinding operations. Each mould is subjected to assembly, functional and sample testing processes with the aim of achieving maximum performance, long service life and low maintenance costs.

Machine Spare Parts Production

We manufacture spare parts for industrial machinery and production lines using high-precision CNC machining methods. Based on customer technical drawings, sample parts or reverse engineering studies, the required parts are produced within the specified tolerances.

We work with various materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper and engineering plastics. When necessary, the durability and service life of the parts are increased through heat treatment, surface coating and grinding operations. All manufactured parts are inspected for dimensional accuracy, surface quality and functional suitability before shipment.

3D Scanning & Reverse Engineering

Parts that do not have technical drawings, are no longer supported by the manufacturer or need to be redesigned are transferred into the digital environment using high-precision measurement techniques. With 3D scanning technologies, the geometric structure of the parts is analyzed through millions of measurement points, and production-ready 3D models and technical drawings are created.

Within the scope of reverse engineering, design optimization, dimensional verification, assembly analyses and manufacturability evaluations of existing products are carried out. When required, parts are redesigned and adapted to modern manufacturing methods.

Product & Mould Design

Product and mould design services are provided with an engineering approach based on manufacturability, cost optimization and product performance. During the product development phase, concept design, modeling, assembly studies and technical drawing preparation are carried out using 3D CAD software.

In mould design processes, runner systems, cooling channels, parting surfaces, ejector systems and moving mechanisms are optimized. By performing filling and manufacturability analyses, mould solutions are developed that reduce cycle time, minimize maintenance requirements and ensure high product quality.
